Licensed Application End User License Agreement

The PulseFocus mobile application is licensed, not sold, to You for use only under the terms of this license, unless a Product is accompanied by a separate license agreement, in which case the terms of that separate license agreement will govern. The licensor ("Application Provider") reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of Apple's Standard EULA.

Additional Terms

1. App Blocking Feature

PulseFocus uses Apple's Screen Time API (FamilyControls) to provide app blocking functionality. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for selecting which apps to block.
• We are not responsible for any missed notifications or inability to access third-party apps during a focus session.
• You maintain full control and can disable this feature at any time through iOS Settings or by uninstalling the Application.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions to PulseFocus Premium are processed and managed by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
